My dogs and I used to love this place. I took my very first dog and my current two dogs here both for their health checks and their boarding. I’m not entirely sure if it was a management change over the years, but I feel like the office is now more into the money instead of the care of the animals. The customer service is very poor; the person who answers the phone is negligent.
I called for an appt to get my dog her cytopoint shot today. Scheduled an appointment for today with a technician and then they canceled it. Told me they couldn’t see my dog because she was overdue for rabies. I checked my records and her rabies are up-to-date until 9/13/2026. I also had an appointment scheduled for her on 9/18/2026 For her wellness visit because I had to wait a month to get an appointment for the only decent Vet that they have there De Simone. So I’ve been going to Westfield animal hospital and my dog is not doing well 15 yrs old diarrhea vomiting. Not eating or drinking I had a 430 appointment… I was ruining late i called to let them no and Katie said they would not see him if I was 15 min late. I explained how bad he is and she said no!!!! Don’t go there horrible
