I have been a client for 10+ years. At my last visit, I was waiting over an hour to be seen. I was delayed because an aggressive dog needed to be taken into an exam room first even though I was there before them. Fine, I told my pup to be nastier in the waiting room next time. I went to Westfield animal hospital and was helped by Kenia. She was so helpful and compassionate in what was a very difficult time. I am so thankful to her. She’s great at her job
Our dog passed away and their level of caring was above and beyond. Every nurse and every employee gave us their condolences and made us feel as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Alex goes above and beyond for my (sometimes spicy) cat. Not only is she incredibly patient and sweet with her, she has also gone out of her way to get back to me with any questions or concerns I have regarding my pets and their health. Despite being busy, front desk staff is also always pleasant and easy to work with.
Brought my cat here because he was vomiting and had diarrhea. After 15 mins i left with a bill for $542.00. Left feeling like weight was lifted off of me, probably my wallet. Have a 3 year old cat and was charged for a senior cat panel. Told this is the one i needed to check my cat for pancreatitis because he was vomiting a few times. Left feeling i got railroaded.
