My parents lived there for about 6 1/2 years. Enjoyed making friends there and kept a very neat and clean house and always passed inspections, in fact the management even used their home as showing unit for when they wanted investors to see a model or for a potential new tenant. When my father passed away my mother hired a cleaning lady to clean the unit when she moved out. We received a call from management that our friend, a resident at Katherine Heights, who had listed us as emergence contact, had been found unconscious and had been taken to the hospital. This was two weeks after the incident, which occurred on the first of the month, and the only reason for the call was that since her rent had not been paid she would be evicted. The lady was still incoherent and in the hospital. Great place to live. WOW!
