My primary care NP left and I needed to schedule an appointment. I was able to quickly get into see Katherine. This was a check in appointment required by my companies HR and insurance so I could get my ADA workplace accommodations renewed. I was disappointed to learn that Katherine did not know that my issues were covered under ADA laws. I have yet to receive the letter from her for my HR department. I don’t know if she will be advocating for me and my needs.
Dr. Katherine is very kind and helpful. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Feel very relaxed and satisfied after consultation and line of treatment.
Dr Hartstern is patient and compassionate...She answers all my questions even if it doesn't pertain to the appointment scheduled. Dr Hartstern makes me feel comfortable, which is rare for me.
