Dr. Hansen is wonderful. She spends the time listening, caring, and communicating better than any physician I have ever seen. I live in Chicago but will continue to see her in Arlington Hts because she is so great.

Dr. Hansen took time with me and explained everything so I could understand it. She was a definite cheerleader for me when I needed it!!

Imagine walking into a surgeon's office for an initial visit and you know you will need to make a decision whether you want this person to operate on you or someone else. I was filled with anxiety when I walked into her office, almost feeling nauseous. Waiting in the waiting area was short. The MA that ushered me into the exam room was very pleasant. Best experience I have ever had. I had conerns about recent testing that came back confusing and I had an upcoming elective surgery.I came to see Dr. Katherine Hansen for a second opinion. Once Dr. Hansen entered the room she came in prepared. She listened to my concerns, examined me and explained everything about the results of my recent test.
