I rarely take the time to write reviews, although I use them when I'm searching for something. I just feel strongly enough about the care and service I receive from Athens Family Practice and especially Dr. Katherine Hall to give them a 5 star review. It would be 10 star if that were an option! Dr. Hall and the scheduling staff just went above and beyond in accommodating a very time sensitive situation for me.
I love a Dr that has time for me when they enter the room. Dr Hall listens to me , an explains things so I understand them. My visits are always enjoyable. Also Nurse Shannon is fantastic, an always a joy at each visit. I have no complaints. Nice group of people in this office all the way around.
Dr Hall has been wonderful in her care for my father! She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate!
Cares enough to treat you like a neighbor. I feel like I am part of the family. Couldn't ask for better treatment from her and the staff.
