This shout out goes to Angela at the Jasper call center. I've been trying for about a month to get medical records faxed to a doctor. 2 attempts never made it to the doctor's office. Fyi. Don't use the fax # ending in 99. Look for them the next time u go sown a rabbit hole. Angela was smart enough to realize that and gave me the number that should work. Called after sending thr 3rd fax to c if it got to the doctor's office. Once again Angela came to the rescue since all I got was a vm which are never returned. She took my ... read more
