I read reviews before choosing Dr. Gheysens and some are true. She gets right down to business! She read my file while chatting and then directed her attention to me (my words, how I was feeling, asked questions, etc). She went through possible issues and steps to get answers. I loved that. She even told me about things in my file that no other doctor mentioned. She’s my 4th GI (3rd at this facility) and I’m hoping my last. I’m feeling positive and that’s a great start!
Dr. Gheysens is a wonderful provider, she takes every step and percaution to figure out what is wrong and to get me feeling better. She answers all of my questions/concerns in a timely manner.
Dr. Katherine Gheysens is the best gastroenterologist. I had an appointment with her on 01/29/2025 because of hemorrhoids. In early January I noticed an itchy feeling in my bottom area that was extremely painful on Sunday 12/08/2024. On that day I went to Virtual Urgent Care in Cherry Hill and was examined by Dr. Robert Lee. He said that I had external hemmroids.
