Katherine is nothing short of the perfect real estate agent. She's an excellent communicator, she's insanely organized and thorough, and best of all: SHE'S HONEST. She is not someone looking to rush you for the sake of getting paid. I believe we looked at, bare minimum, 13 houses before finding the one.
