Awful service. Made an order early in the morning. Got charged and thought I would have no problem. 30 min before they close. They cancel my order. Let us know way before the end of the day so we can plan or order somewhere else. So unprofessional and disgusted by this type of service. If you can’t do it just let people know on time. Don’t waste your time on this place.
Not impressed by their service, ordered roses and set a date for them to be delivered, instead of contacting me to ask anything they went and delivered them a day early, I had a small card attached to the roses with a note. The note was poorly written and only had some of what I wanted put on there and the rest that was written on the card was their words. On the other hand the roses wasn't bad, but sorry for using them for the first time I was not impressed.
BEWARE of this shop , everything on the website is scam , they don’t have any of the flower on the website, owner is very rude / unprofessional, if you order something they will send something else completely wrong one and cheapest…. YOU WILL BE REGRET TO ORDER FROM HERE .
Horrible customer service! Subpar quality. Terrible waste of money!!
After visiting 2 other florists, I decided to visit Katherine's. I wanted something customized for my lady friend. She likes lilies. I told the owner what I wanted. She told me she needed to go out and buy everything and I could pick them up on the morning. The next day, to my surprise I picked up my boutique and it was beautiful. My lady friend loved it as well. I will definitely return. Thank you!
