Tacky tacky freaking tacky!!! How dare you guys call the day after you’re supposed to deliver the flowers and cancel my order saying you don’t have the flowers. I thought they were surely delivered yesterday! I definitely will not be ordering from Katherine again. My flowers never made it to my wife’s job. I had to travel to her flower shop to get them myself. Once I got there the flower shop was closed. I called Katherine and she tells me that she work from home now and that I would have to come to her home to get them. Now I’m upset but I went on to the Ms. Katherine house to get my flowers. On February 10th I woke up wanting to surprise my daughter with some flowers being delivered to her job. I went on this company website ordered these flowers about a not even an hour later. Got a phone call from someone stating they would not have no flowers until February 11 the next morning and she could go to Publix and get her some flowers my daughter, and have the flowers delivered to my daughter and I said excuse me no thank you cancel the order. THIS IS A SCAM — DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. I placed a same-day order for flowers and chocolate-covered strawberries and received a confirmation email. However, when I attempted to call multiple times to confirm the delivery details, no one answered and the voicemail box was full. I also sent several emails and never received a response. Additionally, I visited the address listed on the website, and the business does not exist at that location. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Awful service. Made an order early in the morning. Got charged and thought I would have no problem. 30 min before they close. They cancel my order. Let us know way before the end of the day so we can plan or order somewhere else. So unprofessional and disgusted by this type of service. If you can’t do it just let people know on time. Don’t waste your time on this place.
