Thank you! I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care that I received today from all the staff involved. The compassionate ladies on the front counter were my introduction, and I have never been to the clinic until today. They listened and leapt into action. When they realised there were no appointments available anywhere in Katherine at a GP, they created an urgent appointment for me to see Dr Catherine. Gosh, she is amazing. We had our appointment to day for our 3 months baby today 24/06/2024 at 10:40 am. We reached there at 10:30 am with our 3 months old baby. When we reached there I ask the receptionist we have an appointment for our baby at 10:40 am she told us to grab a sit and it won’t be too long. Around 10:50 am I went to ask the receptionist how long it going to take as our baby was crying she said that the doctor was running late and will take around 20 min.
