Dr. Hansen was my surgeon almost 3 years ago, and my experience with her was nothing but the best. She's very personable and did an excellent job not only with the surgery but also my follow up. Unfortunately, she left the NCH 6-7 months after my surgery and I no longer see her. I wish I still had my follow up with her because I trust her completely.
Contacted Dr. Hansen’s office for a 2nd opinion for my 17 year old daughter that has a large suspicious mass that is scheduled to be removed and biopsied. I spent 20 minutes providing all of the details to the Northwestern scheduling department and then was told they can not schedule for this Dr. A few hours later, I received a call back from the office and was told they do not have any openings before her surgery date.
