Great if you need a tow. Not if you need repairs. Waited 3 weeks for a quote for the insurance that never came, I ended up having to take it elsewhere for a quote. When I came to collect my vehicle there were personal items missing. When I called to let them know items were missing they were not interested and told me it was company policy not to touch anything other than mechanical parts and that was that. Looks like they disappeared on their own… DO NOT take your vehicle here.
Had insurance repair work completed here but the workmanship was so poor, leaving blobs of visible paint in places it didn't belong. Owner was rude and made excuses about it when questioned, basically making it my problem. Also overcharges the insurance companies. Don't recommend.
