Avoid dealing with this business. Overwhelmed and undermanaged. After five months of being strung along I am compelled to provide a fresh review to reflect the misleading experience provided by Ken at Crash Repairs. After the initial assessment in August, and reasonable explanation as to expected delays of two to three months, I was told five months later in January that no parts had yet been ordered as he didn't know what parts would be needed!? As somebody “local” ill go to darwin next time. They owner needs to learn to communicate, especially if time blows out tell me before the day im supposed to collect. If they talk to me i can make plans…
I named my car Amanda after the lady working here. I came in with bumper damage, and while she couldn't service me on short notice, she secured my bumper free of charge and I was able to continue on my journey. Thanks, Amanda. You were brilliant.
A+ service. Appointment time was kept despite them having a line up already. Assessment for insurance was kept to 30mins as promised. Clear description of damage given, clear expectations of repair time and process. Highly recommend.
