Most caring, responsive and smart.
Dr Carroll uses up much of the 15 -20 min visit debating non essential areas to a level of being argumentative and rude. She spends time debating rather than listening to the patient. This resulting in a follow visit and another visit charge. she doesn’t like to give med refills even on common bp meds. the patient needs to chase a refill and often is forced to book another visit. My visits with Dr. Carroll are always positive. She communicates clearly and never gives me the feeling that she's pressed for time. It is very comforting for me to have such an excellent primary physician.
