Katherine was doshonest and inethical in our purchase transaction. She claimed a refridgerator worked, yet we hired a repairman to prove it did not. Seller/agt knowingly misled us.
Katherine did an excellent job in helping me sell my house, especially in challenging conditions, high interest rates and competition in my neighborhood. She provided valuable staging services which significantly enhance the appeal of my home. A punch list to prepare my property for selling to ensure buyers could buy with confidence. I cannot recommend Katherine enough! My fiancée and I were first-time home buyers and she walked us through every step of the process with patience and aplomb. Our relationship with her actually started with two 90-minute video calls where she walked us through all the steps of buying a home.
