Katherine is on the board of my UWS co-op. In that capacity, she is either unethical, incompetent or a combination of the two. Katherine is the only laywer on the board and her initials appear in the metadata of a board letter I received which, among other baseless claims, alleges that I engaged in criminal activity (trespassing and harassment). I have known and worked with Katherine Benesch for several years, and know her to be an excellent arbitrator. She is diligent, hard-working, and smart. She listens to the facts, learns the appropriate law, and makes timely decisions. She is also personable and fun to spend time with during a complicated case.
