I was hopeful after meeting her, as she seemed pleasant at first. However, the clinic and overall experience have been a complete disaster. My pharmacy faxed over a prescription I was advised to restart, a simple generic medication three separate times faxes were sent requesting refills, and each time the clinic claimed they never received it. Lake regional lebanon is a wonderful hospital. Dr Katie Becker is a great doctor. Love this place
Katherine is one of the very best primary care providers! She always comes in with a smile on her face and listens to everything I have to say. She's very prompt about returning messages and following up on lab results. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a primary care provider you can trust entirely.
