I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My appointment was scheduled back in the second week of July for Friday, November 7 at 10:00 a.m. After waiting nearly four months for this appointment, I arrived at 10:02 a.m. I was just outside the parking lot and delayed due to nearby construction. Never even got to see the doctor. After waiting 6 months for an my first appointment, I was sent away by the very rude front office staff. They did not greet me at all but asked if my new patient paperwork was complete. I had not even received it , so of course not. They said rudely I would have to be rescheduled. Made it for another month out. After reading reviews I will not return

I love Dr. Bebeau and her staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. It's hard to find doctors who really care about their patient's needs and address all my concerns.

While I'm grateful that she performed lifesaving surgery on me, getting another appointment with her has been a nightmare with constant reschedulings, and every reschedule always being a month or more later. While I do admit a couple reschedules were on me (went to the wrong office once and got to the correct one 10 minutes late once), the rest were on them. She and staff are nice enough but they're clearly at capacity for patients, and wish she had just said so from the start so I wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to... read more

Front desk staff needs to be retrained. My first visit, I asked a question about the pharmacy options they have listed in the paperwork and Erin (one of the receptionists) said to call my mom and ask her. I’m in my 30s…? I’ve had issues with the same girl three additional times over the phone, one being before my first appointment. If you don’t like to work with people, don’t get a job in customer service.
