Excellent medical care given. However, the billing department grossly overcharged my copay then immediately admitted they made a mistake. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t reversed the charges. If it weren’t for the financial mistake, I would have given them 5 stars.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Barsness and her outstanding medical practice. My son had a major surgery and the care received was exceptional . She is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate. Dr. Barsness always provided clear explanation and took the time to address my concerns.
Came to the office at La Cantera for a surgery consult with Katherine for my son and she was very unintelligent when it comes to umbilical hernias. She downplayed the issue and said that “it’s not incarcerated something else is causing it” and told me but couldn’t tell me what it was or what it could possibly be. She said it wasn’t her issue and that it was a question for a Gastroenterologist.
