A wonderful and caring physician that takes time with his patients! Dr. Kelly is very thorough in making a correct diagnosis.
If you have only one negative to say about a doctor and that thing is long wait times, he is a diamond in my mind. This doctor stays with you until you feel all your questions are asked. I am a high complex patient so if I have to wait two hours for him to see me, I know he is spending time with someone who needs that extra time. I often bring the wait up with those in the room and more often than not I find them in agreement with me, waiting for him means he cares equally about all.
He is a brilliant and compassionate doctor. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have him for my doctor.
After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, they called and canceled it one hour prior to the appointment time. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that dr Gingrich s other patients were a higher priority than I. Very unprofessional to say the least. I rearranged my work schedule so I was sure to make this appointment. I've never been treated this unprofessionally from a doctors office before. Very disappointed !!
I regret that I must augment my favorable review of Dr Lisoni, which I left on September 20, 2016. I was mistaken in my assessment of her. She wasn't excellent, as my first impression had been. After three appointments, I've changed doctors. Maybe it was deficiency of chemistry between us. Her decisions weren't good ones for me. Others may do superbly with her. I'm sure she's qualified and competent, but she wasn't the doctor for me at this time.
We waited one hour and forty five minutes in this mans office..and finally left without seeing him...I think they have a huge scheduling problem, or are just very inconsiderate. We were new patients...got there fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork, and then sat and waited..our appointment was for 1:30p.m.....we left at 3:15...the receptionist was a bit snippy when we said we were leaving..she said it wasn't HER fault...we also asked if he was late because of some medical emergency..
