Appt. at 1520; finally got into the examination room at1650. To only allow :20 minutes per patient is insane! I suspect Healthlink corporate is responsible for this inane time limit! Dr. G.was,as usual a source of much needed information. And I listened..... We arrived at three much needed explanations and two strategies to deal with my various health issues. Dr. Gingerich is one of the most knowledgeable and thorough physicians I have known. He spends ample time to explain things and to present options.
I must agree with other reviews. Dr. Lisoni was extremely unprofessional. . Only recently was it brought to my attention she embedded very incorrect opinions she wasn't qualified to make into my med chart as diagnosis. She clearly has a career agenda. Avoid this woman at all costs. I am beginning the complaint process with my insurance company, then the state, then federal.
Been patient of Dr.Gingerich for years great doctor. I do have problem with Healthlinc they don’t take of prescriptions, test results so why bother going to dr.. Bad decision for his patience but good for him. 2 star rating. Dave in Valparaiso
Dr. Gingerich reminds me of an actor who is playing the kindly family doctor on television. He is friendly, very thorough and takes time to listen. He is a real professional! I know he's not an actor, but he plays (and is) a great doctor!

It takes 3 months at least to get an appointment with her and even when you finally get into see her she is confused about who you are. Very unprofessional
He is no longer in private practice; he is part of Healthlink, Inc, on Sturdy. He is still great and willing to take time for his patients. However, it is impossible to call in for an appointment and get a live person. They're idea of patient care is playing phone tag. Referrals allegedly take 72 hours, just for the paperwork! It is also impossible to get a live person to answer the phone if you simply have a question! Healthlink=patient=phone tag! Great g.p. lost............
I waited for over a hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the examin ing room> I finally worked out! this was outrageous! I read the reviews that he spends time with his patients but maybe they should schedule each patient 2 hours!
