I have always held a deep appreciation for fine jewelry. I often admired my grandmother's simple yet stunning engagement and wedding rings, which she always said would one day be passed to me. After having an obnoxious store owner in Naples talk down to me, I was referred here by a friend who recently had a magnificent necklace designed. I was treated so kindly. I went in to purchase a simple chain and asked about other services I will need. Avital and the rest of the people there could not have been more attentive and informative. I left there knowing that I will be bringing all my jewelry needs to them. I have found my place!!!

They lie, they don’t do the work you request and keep your jeweler for inordinate amounts of time. The large man is a bully and he’s rude and mean. The father doesn’t write anything down so I left my jewelry there for six weeks and absolutely nothing was done and then they hand me. My diamond brings back and say that they aren’t safe to wear because I didn’t request that thing be reset Instead of tightening the prongs.
