After having an obnoxious store owner in Naples talk down to me, I was referred here by a friend who recently had a magnificent necklace designed. I was treated so kindly. I went in to purchase a simple chain and asked about other services I will need. Avital and the rest of the people there could not have been more attentive and informative. I left there knowing that I will be bringing all my jewelry needs to them. I have found my place!!!

They lie, they don’t do the work you request and keep your jeweler for inordinate amounts of time. The large man is a bully and he’s rude and mean. The father doesn’t write anything down so I left my jewelry there for six weeks and absolutely nothing was done and then they hand me. My diamond brings back and say that they aren’t safe to wear because I didn’t request that thing be reset Instead of tightening the prongs.
