Rushed, rude, and yanked hard on my earlobe after I told her I literally just had my earlobes reconstructed. She could have moved to look at it or asked me to tilt my head or moved my upper ear to look or even just carefully moved my ear, but instead she thought it appropriate to move in quickly and yank right on my earlobe. Too much coffee? I don't know, but she was rather hasty and high strung.
I can’t stress enough how great Katie is. Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star. The receptionist is the first person you deal with in most appointment run businesses. That being said…. They are your first impression. The receptionist I spoke with on 10/6 had a huge attitude and clearly did not care to be dealing with anyone. Seemed very bothered by appointment request. I called with a pretty serious concern and was totally blown off. Very disappointing because Katie is so sweet.
