I enjoy my visits with Dr. Greenfield. She does a great job listening and explaining things. She can get behind, but it's because she takes an appropriate amount of time with her patients. Unfortunate however that UW Health is allowing providers less time per visit and forcing them to become further behind with visits if they try to provide appropriate patient care. Not a patient satisfier and will put providers in even more situations for patients to voice their dissatisfaction. Not very remarkable of you, UW.
Dr. GREENFIELD really listened to my health concerns and explained everything to me. Didn't feel rushed.
