The owners also own rental property. Their duplexes are suppose to be tailored to elderly tenants. I have a family member who rents one of their units and I cannot believe the level of negligence and disrespect. When they are made aware of legitimate maintenance issues, the tenant is either put off or ignored. My family member had running water coming into their unit and called.
