Quite rude and disrespectful client treatment from the owner! I made a 24hr post booking for a particular staff that I’m more comfortable with because she understands how I need my hair handled and how to use my products. I was prompt to my appointment and the staff I booked for started with my hair treatment. Kateson walks in half way and without explanations or apology takes over the hair drier from this staff and casually says ‘go attend to the person waiting in other room and I will take over this one’. The owner needs to review the prices of this place. Beyond shock on how much they are charging their customers. This is a scam , extortion and definitely needs to be addressed.
The salon lacks transparency. A hair beauty service provider without a price list is simply sketchy. The staff charges based on their assessment of you. It’s no rocket science to have a prove list based on hair length, sizes and desired styles. If you ask the owner about this, she says there is a price list but on getting to the salon, they only show you a sketchy printout with brow tint and minor service details and claim they are editing the rest. Walk in appointment today and the lovely ladies managed to fit me in !!! From the start I was so happy came in and left with the biggest smile ! So lovely and friendly deffo recommend! I got Dutch braids, super fast! Thank you SO MUCH! I’ll be back soon xx
