Our four year old sees Kate for speech therapy once a week. He has been going for eight months or so. She has been fantastic. Flexible with scheduling, had an instant rapport with our kid, and somehow keeps him engaged for the whole appointment. She has given us strategies we can use at home to help him, independent advice regarding our IEP meetings, and suggestions for his teachers to increase their understanding of him. Kate has been a terrific SLP! She is very professional, and makes the sessions FUN for my 1st grade daughter…going to speech therapy is never a chore! She has a wonderful way of incorporating games during each session and keeps my daughter very engaged. Her feedback at the end of each session is also very helpful. She brings much expertise and dedication to her profession and I’m thrilled that she’s offering services in Centreville!
Kate is phenomenal! My 4 yr old son saw her for speech and the progress he made was amazing! Not only was he FINALLY mastering his speech delays, he gets so excited to see her each week! She’s so patient, knowledgeable, and love that she makes sure parents understand how to help at home as well! I recommend her to everyone when they are looking for speech therapy! She deserves more than 5 stars!!
Daily pilates with Kate is a must-do for me.. I start my day with movement! We strengthen, we stretch, and we challenge ourselves. Daily pilates is the key to feeling stronger, calmer, and more flexible with Kate as my instructor.
Kate is absolutely wonderful! I used her for speech services for my son (now 4 years old) and she is nothing short of a miracle worker. When we started with her, my son was only verbalizing a couple of letter sounds and is now speaking in full sentences. She is very knowledgeable and will think outside the box to achieve the best results for your (or your child's) personal needs. If I could rate her 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!!!
