Best sandwiches ever. Highly recommend tuna or ham n cheese
We were at the Buttertart Festival in Midland last weekend. This booth was the last one that we purchased tarts at and they were , hands down, THE BEST BUTTERTARTS we bought. Hopefully when in Mississauga we will get to the restaurant, but will definitely be back to the festival next year to buy them again!!
I bought a ginger cookie and a raisin butter tart from here. The ginger cookie tasted ok but was a bit too dry for my taste. However, the butter tart was amazing! It had a wonderful chewy texture and the flavour was delicious. It’s the best butter tart I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this bakery for butter tarts!
The place is great, and the food is delicious. However, I noticed that one of the staff members was using a phone and then handling food without washing his hands. This is concerning and falls short of the hygiene standards expected in food service in Canada. I hope management addresses this issue, as maintaining proper food safety practices is essential. Aside from that, my experience was positive, and I would like to see this aspect improved.
