I echo all the other reviews here and had a very similar experience with Michael Farhi. He had me sign a 3k retainer with him and made me agree to 2k being nonrefundable. However, the obvious agreement is that he would do the work within the 3k billable hours. He tried to run off with my money twice, essentially saying he no longer sees a need to represent me and therefore there is nothing to be done for him. I rejected this both times.
