Dealt with Dakota. Pretty much everything went smooth. Had an issue where the chains on the trailer I just bought were about a link too short. Told him there was an issue. He came and looked with a bigger much beefier chain. Said he couldnt give the chains and they were too beefy anyway. Was told to go down the road and buy some caribiners. That perplexed me that they wouldnt have them for just this case. Picked up a new trailer and I was beyond impressed with their service and facilities. They brought the trailer in for inspection before proceeding and then quickly completed paperwork. While waiting for the trailer to be brought in, I looked over the well stocked showroom full of replacement parts and accessories. The parts were both high quality and very competitively priced. I've bought many trailers over the years, and I know I'll return to Kate's if I'm in the market again.
