Dr. Kates did an excellent job taking care of me after I suffered a serious knee injury playing ultimate frisbee. I would highly recommend him for orthopedic care.
I have seen many psychiatrists in my day and Dr Kates could care less about you. He is just going through the motions. You can certainly do better with any other Dr.
