Always a phenomenal cut and conversation, as has been for 3+ years. I am very picky about my haircuts so Kate’s Blades is highly recommended as the go to haircut in Portland!

Katelyn gets my vote for the best stylist in Maine. I followed her from another salon to her current location because of the consistently awesome haircuts she gives. From time to time I've been forced to get impromptu cuts from other barbers due to my travel schedule and an urgent need for a last minute haircut. I typically return to Katelyn to "fix" it a week or two later. Highly recommended!

I had trouble finding the right spot to get my hair cut, and then I found Kate! My hair is pretty thick, unruly, and grows back fast. Kate is always able to figure out the best way to style it while also making sure it grows back in a way that doesn't compromise the style. Thankful to have found a stylist where I can walk in confidently and leave feeling refreshed!
