The house was clean but always make a written contract . Even after talking and reminding the lady lied that some of the things were not said at all. The kitchen and one bathroom was awesome but the last bathroom was rushed cleaning, loved the girls she brought. I totally didn't like the lies, still gave her the price she asked for. Always have 2-3 people listen to the verbal agreement.
