I booked a manicure appointment with master Evgenia at Katerina Salon. She personally gave me the available date and time. I arrived at the scheduled time and date, but the salon was closed and the master was not there. I called and texted her multiple times, but she did not respond. I waited for an hour. From 9:00 to 9:45 AM, the salon never opened, and the master never contacted me. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service and would not recommend this salon or this master to anyone.
