Called regarding my appointment and then was met with a nasty receptionist. I never understand poor customer service in medical the field it's so distasteful. It's one thing if I were being snappy on the phone as a patient but I was nothing but polite asking questions regarding my appointment. This experience has made me not even want to come here anymore. I'm sure this receptionist don't reflect the actual doctors
