Katelynn and her staff are amazing people! She helped me with a legal matter and is one of the most professional, kind, caring people I know. If you need an attorney, give her a go, she's the BEST!!!!
Do not bother to contact this law firm at this time. As apparently their caseload is full, and they are not taking new clients. I’m sure they are great lawyers but I do not recommend you waste your time trying to contact them at this time, or the foreseeable future.
Katelynn Mitchell and her colleague Merritt Decker are the main reason my husband lost 50/50 custody of his children to their abuser! To say she's a horrible attorney would be an understatement. She failed him and his children on so many levels, and refused to do even the most simple things in a custody case like getting financials from the other party, doing a discovery, and submitting a parenting plan. Katelynn definitely gets 5 stars from me. She is an awesome person first and foremost. I got along great with her in every in-person meeting and online encounter we had during my divorce process. My divorce process was drawn out and took some time to finalize. She was very patient with me and my now-ex-wife in working through asset division details.
