CHI doesn’t care about patients. Had been dealing with them for several years and the quality of care has disappeared. Was there Monday for blood work. Couldn’t get there in June when it was originally scheduled. Blood work was in the lab but was told by someone in Katelyns group, I would have to reschedule and come back a different day. Sick of the garbage. It would have taken all of 10 minutes to correct this, too lazy to fix.
