I experienced a time sensitive situation and contacted Heart and Vascular in Carlisle for care. Katelyn was respectful attentive, informative, sincere, and proactive in addressing my concerns and needs. Every staff member from reception, scheduling. assistant, nursing, coordinator, and checkout seemed focused on what they could do to help, and advised next steps and followup. Katelyn shared test results promptly and included well wishes. Thanks so much to all for exceeding my expectations! You deserve 10 stars!
