Great service very competent vets.
They are absolutely fantastic!! My baby had an emergency and Dr Bowen was able to squeeze us in immediately. Everyone was very receptive of the information I could provide, which is oddly rare in my past experiences. In addition to treating the emergency, I was given a few things to look out for that her breed could be sensitive to in the future. The Vet Tech was very sweet and gentle with my dog! Somebody dumped off a litter of puppies on my property. I found homes for them all but one. He was sick and had a Hematoma and He needed to be neutered.I was worried the doctor was nice and his assistant helped me local services. They cared and helped me right away. Teddy is on the mend and has a new home. All within 48 hours! I wish they were on the voucher program for neutering because the other veterinarian hospitals aren’t swift and they act like I’m a burden. But not Hope crossing! This was our first time at Hope Crossing - based on reviews we chose the right place! From first interaction to the last - they were friendly, efficient and always catering to your pup. They usher you right into a room - less anxiety and stress for my Healer vs the waiting room with multiple animals. We travel a lot and our last Vet appt was in Reno, NV - we brought Zippy in for her updated vaccines and a few other goodies.
