Absolutely frustrated. You want a kid? Great place. Otherwise, id suggest going elsewhere. Experiencing still severe pain my uterus and instead of checking even for PCOS or anything, I get told BCP and Epson salt bath. Yes. They did a ultrasound but on my vagina. Not my stomach/uterus area. So. Not happy. In the slightest. Was admitted to ER onApril 5th 2025 with breathing problem and tightness in chest. After 4 1/2 hours I was told that I had no problem. I was given an IV and sent home. My heart doctor at little rock baptist said my body and lungs were retaining fluid. I felt like I was suffocating. I was given Lasix for a month and lungs xrayed OK. Hospital at heber a disaster.
Arrived early to be told my app was even further out. They had changed it and texted me but I thought it was just a reminder/didn't pay attention to the time change. I decided to wait since I drove 25 miles. I asked if they could try to get me in at my original time and was told they weren't super busy so probably. I checked in at 8:45 for a 9:00 EGD. I was immediately escorted to the pre op room and undressed and put in a gown. I had not eaten nor had anything to drink since 6:00 the previous day. No one communicated with me. At about 12:00 I complained to a nurse that I had a bad headache. I got no help. I asked about the delay but was given no answer. We had a little communication problem at the beginning of my surgery, which was a total knee replacement. AS we went along on this journey our relationship as doctor and patient ggot much better. I love my new knee and it really is worth the pain and frustration. Dr. Norwood gets an A+ from me.
Dr. Ilan Epstein recently performed a scheduled Cataract procedure which he completely botched. It was supposed to be a relatively standard 15 minute procedure. After the disastrous, over 2 hr procedure, it turned out he had permanently ruined the sight in that eye. A corrective procedure by an unrelated specialist in another hospital was necessary to partially restore sight in that eye. The recovery took months and sight has only been partially restored. If you value your sight – DO NOT USE DR. ILAN EPSTEIN!
I was apprehensive about this facility due to the reviews. Today my son had an outpatient surgical procedure with Dr Bashem ...I'm happy to say, that from start to finish, reception to discharge, the staff and personnel were great. Lynette in post op and Lornalee in preop were kind and efficient . DR Basham explained everything and called me afterwards. The best thing is the text update messages. Every 15 min or so I recieved a text of the status of his procedure. That was great. An A+ from me.
Dr. Busby is the best He did a triple bypass on me and after the surgery I never felt any pain. He was very concerned about who did my hair
I contacted their advocate line.They said they read my health record as if that would address my issues with them.no investigation no one contacted me.they don't care and their none investigation proved it
