Our medical clinic's examination rooms needed a comprehensive floor strip and sanitize during the humid August season. The commercial cleaners removed old scuffs, applied a fresh protective seal, and sanitized all baseboards. The clinic looks impeccably clean and meets all health standards.
Our master bedroom hardwood floors had lost their luster and felt dusty from open windows during the warm breeze. The cleaner deep-cleaned the wood with specialized hardwood soaps and buffed the floor to a gentle, satin sheen. The bedroom feels cool, elegant, and wonderfully clean underfoot.
Our back patio sliding glass door tracks were jammed with dirt, dead insects, and dried mud from summer storms. The cleaner used specialized crevice vacuum wands and steam to blast out the tracks, allowing the heavy doors to slide effortlessly again. The door operates smoothly, and the tracks are spotless.
Our master bedroom reading chair table had accumulated water rings from iced summer drinks left sweating on the wood. The cleaner used wood restoring oils to blend away the rings, followed by a protective wax polish that revived the surface. The side table looks beautiful and completely restored.
Preparing our three-bedroom rental property for a strict end-of-lease inspection meant tackling years of dark shoe scuffs, furniture pressure dents, and general hallway dullness. Their two-person crew moved swiftly through every room, applying a citrus-based encapsulation pre-spray before deep extraction, and set up turbo dryers to accelerate the curing phase. Our property manager passed the final walkthrough with zero deductions, returning our deposit in full.
