Had been seen by the doctor in the past month he recommended surgery,said not now ,and had to come back, My sinuses got bad so I called they had me see Katelin she came in ,nice smile goog attitude did a quick check to unsure we were on the same page She explained why the doctor suggested surgery, never met her before but in explaining the doctor reason. Provider Katelin Beals, PA canceled my ENT appointment after a two-month wait. The only available reschedule appointment is another two months out. This is why there is so much abuse of emergency services. I would not recommend.
