My boyfriend and I had a special night here celebrating his birthday. This was our first time doing omakase so we didn’t know what to expect. The venue offers 3 hour complimentary valet which was amazing! We got there a little early and were told to order a drink and have a seat in the VIP area while we waited for the rest of the party. Katei is not just dinner, it is an experience. I absolutely loved the Japanese- Latin Omakase Experience. It felt like a speakeasy vibe as you went up an elevator and through a hallway to get to your destination. We started off with some canapés and had the best oyster I have ever had! I visited this new sushi spot a few days ago, and I had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and super delicious. The place it’s super cute and aesthetic. I recommend asking for Chef Cris. He’s truly an expert at what he does, and you can tell he puts so much passion and care into every dish. He made the whole experience feel special. I highly recommend this place
One of the best and most personable experiences I’ve been through! The chef and entire staff was so knowledgeable and fun!!! 10/10 would come back again!!
