I loved the omakase experience. The bartenders and chefs were knowledgeable and service was excellent! The quality and flavor of each bite was absolutely delicious
The sushi was very good, but at $185 per person, I expected the overall experience to feel considerably more polished. The presentation and explanations often felt rehearsed and somewhat overly elaborate rather than natural and knowledgeable. Everyone was pleasant, but the restaurant still felt like a relatively young concept finding its footing while charging the price of a much more established, world-class omakase experience. For me, the quality of the sushi simply wasn’t enough to bridge that gap.

Each course was a thoughtfully crafted culinary fusion of Japanese/Latin (Colombian) experiences that built a stronger appreciation for the food and chef Cris and his balance of creativity and balance.
