I’m not even sure where to begin. If you want your car to suck, you better not bring it here. Rick Spencer is an absolute Godsend working for Katech helping me steer my build to complete perfection. This unit made over 1K WHEEL horsepower. There were hiccups along the way because I’m a slight moron and tried to buy used stuff from scumbags but we worked through it and achieved a top tier build the first go around. I didn’t do any “shop” shopping because I knew Katech is setting the performance standards for GM vehicles in th... read more

Nothing worse then horrible customer service i ordered an oil pump through these guys as there’s not many options for gen V LT blocks and they simply charged my card with no effort to ever ship part or even reach out or simply send an email saying there was a issue. After not receiving shipping info i called and I was told my house address wasn’t valid which i don’t understand as i always ship items my same address it verified from the system when placing order. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing as i was look... read more

I've had my 2023 ZL1 to Katech 3 times! They do great work, if they didn't, it wouldn't have ever went back! I love the progression of the rwhp my ZL1 has seen over the trips to their shop! Katech took my stock ZL1 from 560 rwhp to 785+ rwhp. Now, it's back in their hands and will emerge in about 8 weeks with 925 to 950 rwhp! I can't wait till it's done!

These guys are fantastic. I had my Camaro (which had been built by another shop) shipped to them to diagnose an issue I thought the vehicle was having (turned out to be nothing). The level of communication and professionalism from Rick was top notch. The company I had hired to deliver my car, showed up late and failed to secure the vehicle properly. Rick and a few of his guys stayed late to take delivery of the car and actually ended up having to relocate the vehicle inside the trailer using jacks due to the shipping company... read more

Paid close to $7k for a headgasket job with tuning to receive the following. 1. Untuneable vehicle past 6k rpm. Labeled issues to be mechanical. To check into anything further shop rate would apply even though heads and all valvetrain had already been touched. 2. Major alignment issues. Brought this to their attention after driving down the road for 1 mile. They said the cradle and steering components were not touched. Summed it up to "just being an old car" Stopped 30 miles into my route to find the camber off by close to 5... read more
