I have worked with Kate twice now, once selling my mother's house and again recently selling our family home. She is excellent to deal with. She is both professional and highly knowledgeable.The advice she gave us throughout the process was invaluable. She works very hard, is responsive and highly communicative. We were thrilled that we sold the family home for 99% of what we realistically hoped to get during a downturn in the market. We find Kate to have a very friendly attitude, and very well prepared, professional and organized. She listened to our needs and after a walk-through of our home and yard, she immediately gave us tips to help us prepare for listing it. She kept us well informed throughout each step of the process, and each time we speak she ends by asking if "we have any more questions for her at this time".
