We find Kate to have a very friendly attitude, and very well prepared, professional and organized. She listened to our needs and after a walk-through of our home and yard, she immediately gave us tips to help us prepare for listing it. She kept us well informed throughout each step of the process, and each time we speak she ends by asking if "we have any more questions for her at this time". She does whatshe says she will,when she says she will. We are extremely pleased with Kate's work, and highly recommend her.
