Kate Wightman knows the body. She is an excellent massage therapist. She thoroughly explains her method of massage. I was in an extremely stressful job for 26 months which affected my upper back causing a lot of pain. After my massage this week, I came out feeling like a new person. Kate is so kind, intuitive and most importantly knowledgeable about anatomy. Her location on High St. is so convenient and clean. Kate's work space is my happy place and evokes such calm and positive energy every time I go there. I've never had a better massage and I'm never going anywhere else.
