As a GAL, please seek other counsel immediately for your children's best interest. She was on guardian/custody case on and off for the past 5 years. She was hot and cold from one court date to the next, recommendations went back and forth seemingly with little knowledge of the actual facts. First time around, stated other parent was incapable to have the children but continued to find any reason possible to give the kids to said parent while turning a blind eye to the party actually following every single court order.
