This is a great store. I'm usually an outlet person but going to this flagship makes me feel just as comfortable due to the helpfulness of the staff. There was a crossbody wallet I had my eye on and Linnie helped me put it on hold for a week when I could come back and buy it during the Memorial Day sale. She also kept in touch and let me know when she'd be in so that I could catch up with her again when buying the wallet.
