I absolutely love shopping at the Kate Spade Outlet! I stop by every couple of weeks, and there’s always something new to discover — great styles at amazing prices. It’s such a fun and satisfying shopping experience every time. All the staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Terrible customer service. I walked around the store for 10 minutes and not one of the five employees I saw welcomed me to the store or asked if they could help me find something. Kate Spade is usually much better.
