She went above and beyond to make things right. I called asking about a certain bag and I was told there were 4, I asked to place one on hold for me as I'm coming a long way. I haven't been to this outlet in a really long time and pleasantly surprised at my most recent visit. The girls were so nice and welcoming! They weren't pushy at all. Trying to sell you things just helped you as you needed it! They even make sure that you are aware of any extra discounts going on in the store! I ended up leaving with a beautiful new crossbody bag and pair of earrings and was a very happy customer! Enjoyed my shopping experience at this location!
