Excellent Customer Service! Erin was so pleasant and helpful. I adore my new bag and dress. It is great to enter a store and feel like you are a valued customer.
I took my wife here for a birthday shopping treat. Katherine, the store lead, set up a nice spread for her with champagne and snacks and helped keep our toddler busy while advising my wife on different options. I'm not a shopping guy, but this was an above-and-beyond shopping experience. Great work by the team to make us feel welcome and comfortable purchasing a bag!
I visited this location to look for a black handbag. As I walked in and started browsing the purses, I noticed one of the employees call someone on her mic. Shortly after, three other employees came to the front. The way they watched me made me feel uncomfortable, as if I were being singled out and discriminated against.
